We are looking for a motivated and experienced Company Administrator to join Barrowland Ballet part-time. The role will aid our future development by streamlining and supporting financial and administrative operations across the company. The Company Administrator will have responsibility for the financial administration of the company, and the running of the office. The Company Administrator is expected to ensure we work within the legal, financial and charitable aims and requirements of the Company, and as an Equal Opportunity employer the General Manager is expected to be aware of, and work within, this framework at all times. The Company Administrator will work independently as well as with the Producer and Artistic Director. The role covers the areas of financial administration, project administration, personnel and office management, governance, and supporting the fundraising work of the Producer. Enabling the company to develop and present ambitious projects both nationally and internationally.
Hours: 16 hours a week, hours can be flexible between 9-5pm across the week
