Queen’s Baton Relay

Natasha choreographed the Media Launch of the Queen’s Baton Relay for Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games at the Emirates Arena. This was a unique chance for Barrowland Ballet to become involved in the Commonwealth Games at the very beginning of its journey. The joyous and uplifting choreography performed by the Barrowland Ballet Youth Company and Maryhill Integration Network captured the spirit of the Queen’s Baton Relay, with its connection between people and cultures. Our groups were delighted to be representing Glasgow within the cultural programme.
