Choreographic Workshops

Natasha Gilmore leads workshops that explore the methods that she uses in her own choreography. Utilising different choreographic tools for devising material, participants will have the opportunity to discover their own style. Workshops can be catered to support specific projects.

Creative Ageing Workshop

This workshop is designed for participants aged 60+. Using well known songs this is a lively dance theatre session. Open to all levels of ability, this dance workshop will use playful movement tasks to explore a range of dance styles and movement qualities and encourage an element of theatricality.

Nursery School Programme

We can provide an active and creative child centred holistic method to deliver the Curriculum for Excellence experiences and outcomes for all children, in our fun and inspiring workshop sessions.
