Whiteout performing at Cradle of Creativity, the ASSITEJ world congress 2017 

We’re honoured to announce that, out of almost 800 applicants,  Whiteout have been chosen as one of the 60 productions to perform at The Crade of Creativity, The 19th ASSITEJ World Congress and International Theatre Festival for Children and Young People. This year the festival will be taking place from the 16th – 27th May 2017  in Cape Town South Africa.

The Cradle of Creativity comprises a Festival, a Conference and a World Congress, all dedicated to theatre for young audiences. The multi-layered event is hosted by ASSITEJ South Africa, and will take place in multiple venues across Cape Town. In partnership with the National Arts Council of South Africa, this will be the 19th ASSITEJ World Congress and International Theatre Festival in the 52 year history of ASSITEJ International and the very first on the African continent.
