Elle joined Barrowland Ballet as Production Manager in 2021, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in production management, technical management and lighting design. Her experience lies in varying theatrical genres specifically in touring theatre across Scotland and internationally.

Elle has worked with numerous companies including Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, The National Theatre of Scotland, Company of Wolves, Sleeping Warrior Company, Opera North, Catherine Wheels, Lightworks, Grid Iron, Company Chordelia, Tortoise in a Nutshell, Scottish Opera, Theatre Gu Leor, Tokyo Metropolitain Theatre and Scottish Theatre Producers.
