About Us

Barrowland Ballet is a leading dance theatre company based in Glasgow and led by internationally respected choreographer, Natasha Gilmore.

We create groundbreaking performances, installations, films and participatory projects that address critical narratives, resonate deeply, and ignite connections, bringing visibility to unheard stories while reducing barriers to access for communities, audiences and artists.

Our work has gained critical international acclaim and has been presented in festivals and venues across the world, winning numerous awards.

Our vision is to be a leading force in contemporary dance, recognised for artistic excellence and social impact and guided by principles of sustainability and social responsibility.
